Welcome to JasonDorie.com! As you might've guessed, I'm Jason Dorie. As you may have noticed, this site isn't very pretty.  It's not flashy, but I'm not exactly an artist, so rather than subject you to my Crayola masterpieces, I figure I'll stick with what I know.

Here is some recent video codec stuff I've been working on.

Since a number of people have requested it, here's my image library. It's a few years old now, but it includes code to load TGA's & BMP's, palettize, resize, dither, and includes my DXT image compression.  It's all source code, and it's free to anyone who wants to use it, for any reason. Even commercially.

MidiVid is getting a huge rework - It's being converted to use Direct3D, so it uses cutting edge graphics hardware perform  effects.  You can check it out here: http://midivid.jasondorie.com
